personally i think it's pretty useful and a good way to improve
yourslfe and fun at the same time.
there are also quite a few of lectures on "Podcast", if you are
interested in psychology, like me, there are a few good psych
recordings from UC Berkeley~

Yes, I study in Geography.
I also recommend the BBC system.
Most of the programes can be downloaded into the mp3 player you have.
I usually download what i want and listen to while doing exercise.

I tried BBC's radio, some of them wouldn't work on my computer
