not responsible for individual's behavior. If you have any question about

personal behavior, go to blame to the person you are not satisfied, don't

complain to me.



Besides, you have to learn how to respect others and then others will

respect you. If you don't do this, don't expect that others will respect

you first.



After his saying in the meeting tonight, the "dead children" in this Court

are not so noisy tonight. They keep quiet or became quiet quickly.



If we face the same problem in Taiwan, we will blame the managers first and

then ask managers to blame the person we are not satisfied.
